Pick-a-Date is a tool to help you find the most popular date for a meeting. It is free to use, so spread the word!

How it works

There are 4 basic steps:

  1. Create a meeting with the form below and click the submit button.
  2. You will then have a chance to block out dates so they can't be selected.
    -Say you want to meet between the 13th and 17th, but NOT on the 14th. You can remove the 14th on the next screen.
  3. You will then have a chance to e-mail the Pick-a-Date to folks with a message.
  4. Enter your initials and select when you can make it. This is the page where folks can add their availability and you can check back to see what days work best.
